Definitions

“Accommodation Provider” means any supplier of rooms in hotel, resort, homes, apartment, bed & breakfast, and other similar properties who advertise, market, sell, promote, or offer its products and services for purchase or reservation on any of the RNR Rooms Platforms and “Accommodation Provider”collectively mean all such supplier of rooms.

Any software or mobile application that enables you to make a reservation through RNR Rooms is considered a "Associated Platform," and all such software and mobile applications are referred to as "Associated Platforms" collectively.

Any purchase or reservation of a good or service made through one of the RNR Rooms Platforms is referred to as a "Reservation" or "Reservations".

“RNR Rooms” means either the Website or any of the Associated Platforms.

The term "Website" refers to the website that can be accessed at www.rnrrooms.com (or its replacement or successor) as well as any and all web pages (including, without limitation, all components, updates, formats, art directions, looks and feels, and other contents) that may be created for, displayed at, or operating behind the Website.

The customer who accesses, browses, or otherwise uses any of the RNR Rooms Platforms, or who makes a Reservation through any of the RNR Rooms Platforms or through our customer service representatives, is referred to as "You" or other comparable phrases.

About RNR Rooms

Each RNR Room Platforms functions as an online hotel reservation system that focuses on locating the best lodging in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, and other facilities of a similar nature in Bangladesh and acquiring the best room rates. We want to make it easier for you to explore Bangladesh by providing the best accommodations as well as the most popular tourist destinations and attractions in the most practical manner.

The User Agreement

The following terms, conditions, and notifications (collectively, the "User Agreement"), as they may be modified from time to time, apply to any content displayed in each of the RNR Rooms Platforms . By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using any of the RNR Rooms Platforms, or by making a Reservation through any of the RNR Rooms Platforms or through one of our customer service representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed without modification to all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein as they are in effect at the time your Reservation is made.

Relationships With Accomodation Providers

Our interactions with the Accommodation Providers are business-related and are subject to different terms and conditions. When making their goods or services available through any of the RNR Rooms Platforms , each Accommodation Provider is responsible for conducting themselves in a professional manner. Please be aware that the Accommodation Provider reserves the right to declare their own terms, conditions, and house rules to be applicable or mandatory in addition to this User Agreement for the use, access, or consumption of their products and services. Such a declaration or requirement may even include disclaimers and liability limitations.

Using The RNR Rooms Platforms

Personal Warranties

We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone to the RNR Rooms Platforms and the services provided thereon at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of such undertakings. Your use of and Reservations through any of the RNR Rooms Platforms or through our customer service agents are conditional upon the following undertakings.

  1. You are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts.
  2. you will only make valid reservations using the RNR Rooms Platforms.
  3. If you make reservations on behalf of anybody else, you must have their consent and provide them with information about the terms, conditions and notices that apply to the Reservation you have made on their behalf.
  4. All information that you provide to any RNR Room Platforms is truthful, accurate, and whole.
  5. If you have an RNR Rooms Platforms account, you agree to keep your account details secure and take full responsibility for any activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities

Only for your own personal, non-commercial use is any information, content, or service (including the payment service) found on any of the RNR Rooms Platforms . As a result, you are not permitted to sell, deep link, utilize, copy, monitor (e.g., spider, scrape), display, download, or duplicate any material or information, software, bookings, products, or services available on any of the RNR Rooms Platforms for any competitive or commercial activity or purpose.

We reserve the right to cancel any Reservation connected to your name, email address, or account and close any related RNR Rooms account due to fraud, abuse, or suspicious conduct. We reserve the right to take any required legal action in the event that you have engaged in any fraudulent activity, and you may be responsible for any financial losses we sustain, including court expenses and damages. Please get in touch with our customer care if you want to protest the cancellation of a booking or the freezing or closing of an account.

Reservation & Payment

Our Financial Interest

In contrast to many other OTAs, we do not charge you for a Reservation or add any extra costs to the room rate provided by the Accommodation Providers, therefore unless otherwise stated, our service is free for consumers. You are only required to pay the Accommodation rate that the relevant Accommodation Provider actually provided, plus any applicable taxes and service fees. In order to give the Accommodation Providers a larger market and earn a fee (a tiny portion of the hotel price), we pre-negotiate the best accommodation rates on your behalf. Please take note that we are not the seller that is in charge of gathering and sending the aforementioned government taxes to the appropriate tax authorities. All such taxes are transferred by us directly to the Accommodation providers.

The bank or mobile/e-wallet payment processor that supports the transmission of your money may charge a transaction fee, and we are glad to say that we are fully responsible for this price.

Reservation Guarantee

Any reservation made through RNR Roomss is supported by our assurance of a reservation. Contact our customer service at the number(s) given in your confirmation email right once if your confirmed Reservation is not available or cannot be honored by the appropriate Accommodation Provider. Customer support is accessible around-the-clock. Subject to your consent, our customer service representatives will look for an alternate accommodation option at a close-by location that is comparable. If you don't agree to any alternate accommodations, we'll give you a complete refund for the cost of the original accommodation.

Payment Methods

At any time, at our sole discretion, we have the right to provide new payment options and/or withdraw already accepted ones. Our third-party payment service partner handles the processing of your payments (s). If you give us permission, our third-party payment service provider(s) may keep your credit/debit card or payment-related information on file for potential future reservations. Your credit/debit card number or any other payment information is never stored by us.

RNR Rooms is accountable for payments made on RNR Rooms Platforms as well as refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution, to the extent that may be necessary under the relevant law.

Cancellation, Variation, No-show & Refund

Cancellation, Change & No-show Policy

We respect the Accommodation Providers right to impose their own cancellation policies and house rules and do not impose any standardized regulations on them. They are providing you with the majority of the services, after all. However, we are quite effective in persuading them of the value of providing the consumers with as much latitude as possible, particularly when it comes to cancellation, change, and no-shows.

You accept and agree to abide by the relevant cancellation and no-show policies of the Accommodation Provider by making a reservation with them. Each accommodation provider's general cancellation policy may be seen on its RNR Rooms Platforms web page, as well as during the reservation process and in the confirmation email.

You can either contact our customer service representatives or cancel or modify your reservation through RNR Rooms Platforms . In the event that you fail to cancel or alter your Reservation before the applicable cancellation period, you agree to pay any cancellation or change fees demanded by the Accommodation Provider (which usually ranges from 24 hours to 72 hours). Both complete and partial cancellation are covered by this If the check-in date needs to be altered, the appropriate Accommodation Provider will honour the request as long as the rooms are still available, the rate for the new dates is not higher, and the length of the stay is not reduced.

Some Accommodation Providers might, in extremely rare circumstances, limit changes to or cancellations of a Reservation after it has been booked. Before making your reservation, it is highly advised that you thoroughly review the cancellation and no-show policies of the applicable accommodation providers.

You must notify us of any changes to your reservation no later than the date of the first night of your reservation if you do not arrive for the first night of your reservation but still want to check in for subsequent nights. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your reservation.

Refund Policy

You can count on RNR Rooms to offer you a straightforward refund procedure. As soon as we receive a refund request, we are committed to processing the return. A maximum of 7 to10 working days may be needed before the refund amount is paid out from our end due to potential delays caused by other parties like Accommodation Providers and banking institutions. If there are no cancellation or change fees, you will receive a full refund of your payment. Any cancellation or change fees you may have will be subtracted from your payment along with any applicable taxes and service fees.

The payment method you used to make the original transaction will be used to complete your refund.

Disclaimers & Indemnification

General Disclaimer

You must understand that any travel-related product or service offered on any of the RNR Rooms Platforms is not owned by us; rather, third-party accommodation providers offer, sell, or otherwise provide such goods and services. Each RNR Rooms Platforms only offers a user interface for acquiring travel-related data, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making a lawful reservation for those goods and services, and conducting commerce with the accommodations that offer those goods and services.

The Accommodation Providers are responsible for providing all information directly relevant to goods or services offered on the RNR Rooms Platforms . The Accommodation Providers have access to our systems and extranet, where they can update all of the pricing, availability, rules, and other pertinent data that is shown on the RNR Rooms Platforms . The pricing, availability, policies, and conditions listed on the RNR Rooms Platforms are just a few examples of the information that each Accommodation Provider is always accountable for being accurate, thorough, and correct. Unless otherwise stated or expressly stated, our platforms do not represent and should not be treated as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or (star) rating, type of accommodation of any Accommodation Provider.

Indemnification

You consent to defend and hold harmless RNR Rooms Platforms , and all of its officers, employees, affiliates, and the applicable Accommodation Provider from and against any third-party claims, actions, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, made in connection with:

  1. if you violate this User Agreement or any of the materials it references,
  2. your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
  3. your use of the RNR Rooms Platforms .

Reviews, Comments, Photos & Other Submissions

Please be aware that by sending information to this website via email, postings on the website, or any other method, including any hotel reviews, photos, videos, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like contained in any submissions (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant RNR Rooms a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works based upon such information, and You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, decide to attribute your comments or reviews (for instance, by including your name and place of residence on a hotel review you submit) and that such Submissions may be shared with the Accommodation Providers.

You bear full responsibility for the information contained in your Submissions, which includes reviews placed on any RNR Room Platforms. The following content and materials are not permitted to be posted or transmitted to or from the RNR Rooms Platforms : I any illegal, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material or content that would violate one's right to privacy and/or publicity, or that would break any law; (ii) any commercial material or content (including, but not limited to, fund-raising appeals, advertisements, or marketing of any goods or services); (iii) infringes upon, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual right of a third party. Any violations of the aforementioned rules or any other harm brought on by your posting of content to the RNR Rooms Platforms will be totally your responsibility. You agree that RNR Rooms may use, publish, or delete any content you provide at any time without giving you prior notice. Only your most recent submission—if you submit more than one review for the same hotel—will be used.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, service marks, material, and information (including the Submissions) as displayed on the RNR Rooms or in our marketing material, whether registered or unregistered, are the intellectual property of RNR Rooms Platforms and/or third parties who have authorised us with the use. All software contained on this Website are also the intellectual property of RNR Rooms. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify our intellectual properties in any way without our prior express written consent. The use of our trademarks on any platform or material not approved by us is strictly prohibited. We will aggressively fully enforce our intellectual property rights of the law, including criminal prosecution.

You and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangladeshi courts for the resolution of any dispute between us. This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

The legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this User Agreement will not be impacted if any term, condition, or notice is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any statute or rule of law.

Any rights you have under this User Agreement cannot be assigned, sublicensed, or transferred in any other way.
